Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the agreements and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) these Agreements, then you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
CONTENT
Content found on or through this Service is the property of The Desyno or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Desyno and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent of The Desyno.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
BY USING THE SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

REFUND POLICY
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
If the request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts: Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
If the request is made within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (less 10% fee).
Between 48–120 hours of delivery: 33% refund (less 10% fee).
After 120 hours: No refund, though we encourage contacting us for resolution.
No response within 30 days after placing an order: No refund.
Final files delivered: No refund.
Web packages: No refund after deployment or completion.
Animation packages: No refund after storyboard design.
Refund eligibility is void once you approve or request revisions to any concept. All refund requests must be submitted to support. Approval is subject to case-by-case evaluation. Change of mind, disputes with partners, or external price comparisons are not valid reasons for refund.
If a design is approved but another package component is pending, refund may apply to only the pending component.
Refund approval requires valid reasoning compared to the design brief and revision feedback. In case of good faith violation (such as working with multiple agencies for the same job), refund will be denied.
All refunded designs become property of The Desyno, and you agree not to use them in any form. Copyright information for refunded work may be submitted to appropriate agencies to restrict reuse.

MY ACCOUNT
“My Account” is your primary communication channel. It is your responsibility to check this area regularly. Lack of engagement does not justify a refund. If you need help using it, our support is available.

Our designers adhere strictly to your brief. Every design is backed by research for quality and uniqueness.

We revise designs until you’re fully satisfied, within your package limits.
DOMAIN AND HOSTING
Domain & hosting are included (where applicable). Email accounts (10MB per account) are only provided if hosted with us. Hosting, domain, and email services are non-refundable.
DELIVERY POLICY
Designs are delivered to “My Account” per the Order Confirmation schedule. You’ll also be notified by email. Custom orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional $100.
RECORD MAINTENANCE
We retain finalized designs and can resend them upon request.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
24/7 support is available for all queries.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Only communications via info@peachpuff-fox-483508.hostingersite.com and our verified numbers are valid. We are not liable for messages from unofficial sources.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You agree to provide correct, current, and complete information. Failing to do so may result in suspended or terminated access.
We are PCI DSS compliant and may store payment information for recurring services, development hours, or server setup—always with your knowledge.

All logo designs are created from scratch. We ensure uniqueness and ownership. Any similarity to existing designs is purely coincidental.
EXCLUSIONS
Integration of third-party tools/plugins will be done to a standard level only. Any further third-party involvement requires a separate agreement and additional fees.
